Ninja Forms is a great WordPress plugin for building forms, but it’s really restricted on what you can do with layout.
Because of this I’ve built a very simple layout plugin which allows you to add <fieldset> and <div> elements to anywhere within the form structure. This allows you to wrap elements and have greater control over the structure and styling of your forms.
